Application Process
All individuals that will be residing on the property over the age of 18 years old need to submit their own application and pay the NON-REFUNDABLE application fee of $70.00. Applicants are required to provide a color copy of their ID as well as proof of income (months worth of pay stubs, tax forms if self-employed, Social Security, Disability assistance, court ordered child support, etc.)

- Evictions or collections owed to previous rental companies
- Pending bankruptcies
- Excess in outstanding debt
- Unverifiable rental history
